Sessions
Circuit
Incorporating body weighted and hand held weighted exercises, including a mix of cardio and strength exercises to deliver a full body workout suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications and progressions are always available to ensure you’re getting the best outcome for you as an individual.
Aqua Fitness
Aqua Fitness is for everybody! Offering a great low impact option for your workout, we utilise various aqua equipment and movements create our own resistance, which then allows us to challenge stability, build strength, and improve cardiovascular systems.
These sessions are held in my private indoor heated pool.
Sub 30 Core
As the name suggests, this session targets every aspect of the core - including the abdominals, obliques, and back. Building strength through the trunk of the body to assist with overall strength and function in everyday life. All fitness levels are welcome and catered to, with regressions and modifications available for all exercises, to ensure individuals work safely and at an appropriate level for where they are currently at in their fitness journey.
Walking in Water
This is not an instructor led aqua fitness session. It is a walking in water/open session for participants to enjoy the benefits of low impact and increased range of movement whilst exercising in the water. With access to various aqua fitness equipment and guidance on using the water and equipment to achieve your goal.
Strength & Balance
Building and maintaining strength and balance at all stages of life enables us to keep moving and enjoying more of what life has to offer. All fitness levels are very welcome at all sessions, and exercises can be modified to suit individuals. This session involves less cardio focus than the Circuit sessions.
Aqua Boxing
Aqua Boxing brings everything you love about boxing to the water - it is a fun full body workout with the benefit of being low impact which prevents jarring and stress on the joints. Winning!

Mums & Bubs Aqua
These 30 minute Mums & Bubs Aqua sessions are a great low impact exercise option that allows you to bring your baby with you to enjoy the water as well. With the main focus being on mum, babies definitely benefit from the bonding time, socialisation, and greater exposure to the water environment between swimming lessons also. Babies must be at least 6 months old and it is recommended they are under 2 years old.
Mums & Bubs
Preparing for birth, or returning to movement since having a baby? It can be challenging adjusting to your new body and it’s capabilities during these times. These sessions focus on building strong foundations, safely and comfortably for each individual. Children are welcome at these sessions.
Swimming Lessons
Learn to Swim lessons conducted in my private indoor heated pool, by a licensed AUSTSWIM instructor, for those aged 6 months upwards. Lessons are primarily held on weekdays during school hours and are booked by the term. Offering smaller class sizes and only one class running in the pool at a time, means less distraction for little ones.
